Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy- We understand life happens. If you need to cancel your class reservation, please let us know as soon as possible; one day minimum before your class starts. This is important because all tuition goes towards student materials and instructor contracts. Once class begins, your materials have been ordered, instructor contracts are established and the option to offer the seat to someone else has passed, we can not issue any sort of refund. This is firm. Benches On Division uses all funds for studio materials and payroll. We do not maintain any funds for profit. If you fear you may miss a few classes, we are happy to do what ever we can to set up a compensatory make up for you. *Cancel 2 weeks+ in advance, receive a full refund. Cancel 13-8 days in advance, receive a 90% refund. Cancel 1 week or less in advance, receive an 80% refund. Your cancellation will be acknowledged the day you make contact. E.g. if you email us to cancel exactly 2 weeks before class, but you don't hear from us until the next day, your cancellation still counts as 2 weeks notice. Refund processing can take a few days. Thanks!
